When I was making my phone reservation with Ultimate Fares, the operator asked if I wanted to purchase an insurance. I said "No", he said "OK". I was told I would be charged for the ticket only". However, my credit card statement showed they charged me $16/.70 for the travel insurance!. I had to call an insurance company called Travel Guard Group (715-345-1041), then e-mail them asking to cancel my policy". When I called Ultimate Fares they never apologized - instead they blamed me saying I must have "marked an option" on their website for the insurance purchase!

Ultimate Fares is a scam?. They don't even have an 1-800 number:. "Customer Feedback" option on their website is conveniently disabled, too - I guess they were tired of receiving many complaints there?.

There was the first and last time I use this company - I swear to God/.

hi to all,am using this ultimate fares for long time,when ever i will book i will check my date,time,refrence code everything is fine or not,and within few hours if i dont get 2email i will call them,some time they will send or they will say due to the airlines updation that one is not gonethrough and they will try in diff airlines and book, 

 

but our people dont know how to book,they dont wants the meaning for UNABLE also,they will call after a month they booked,and they will say they saw ref code UNABLE ,,how *** our people, 

 

Without knowing how to do booking in online,they just complain about them,first let them to learn,
