Guess life has left her lonely and she only has this bitter forum to keep her busy. I don't know which is more pathetic, the grown woman collecting her check from the government or the people who believe a word she says is the truth. GET A LIFE RANDI! ALL websites get their "glitches" so if a problem happens, what do we do? Do we shut down a growing company for not being perfect? No, we watch, wait and see whether they attempt to sort out problems. Ultimate Fares has been in business a long time. With any growing company there are rough times adjusting to the growth. I have saved A LOT of money flying through them. You just cannot beat the rates. Sometimes, there is a bit of a wait on the phone but not nearly as long as I wait in line at my favorite restaurant or at my dentists office. You just cannot please all the people all the time. I would bet you could NEVER please this disgruntled employee. I will continue to give my business to Ultimate Fares, not because I am a loyalist, but because they truly offer the best rates. |
