This company has just tried to rip me off. I went on their web site to book my travel plans for my family and received an error message. I immediately called their customer service and they advised me I do not have a reservation. Ther person on the other end was an Indian Guy who could not even speak English. I then got disconnected and called again and got a different Indian. Well I was right, Customer Service Department is in India!!! Anyway, the Indian told me I had no Reservations as he could not find anything under my name. I thanked god as I just couldnt stand it any longer. When you call Customer Service, America does not expect to get India and at least, have them first trained to speak and understand English. I then called the airline directly and booked my flights. Low and Behold Ultimatefares".com charged me 3285/.00 for my original tickets when the Indian told me I had no reservations!. I then called again and got another Indian, this time a woman, who again cant hardly speak the english language". She told me I can cancel for $50..00 per person and have a credit with the airlines|. I said I dont think so:. I immediately called American Express and they told me they will credit my card and they called it a Chargeback". I also got ahold of their Billing Department at
561-922-5636 and when I spoke to a Representative and shye was looking up my Reservation she said of this was booked on
Cheapflightsales.com. I said no it was booked on Ultimatefares.com. So to make a long story shorter, they call themselves Arcade Travel, Travel Services, Cheapflightsales.com and Ultimatefares.com. What a nghtmare. They are located at 7100 Camino Real, Boca Raton Florida Suite 402 at least this is the information The Better Business Bureau gave me. I have reported this company and I hope whoever deals with them in the furture, good luck because they are 100% Fraud. 129c205

They try and get Travel Insurance hoping you never look at your credit card statement. The Owner is such a looser. American Airlines just pulled their plates. I am intouch with the old employees in their corporate office and American Airlines will not let Ultimatefares.com, Cheapflightsales.com, Travel Services, Arcade Travel, book any tickets with their airiline because they even tried to Scam American Airilines. Stay away from Ultimatefares.com Cheapflightsales.com You will be glad you read this forum |
