When i tried to cancel the new flight (which was twice as expensive), the second the customer service found out i was cancelling they hung up on me!
Come to find out no body over there speaks english, and rather than piss you off (which is bound to happen because you cant cancel a flight if they dont speak english) they just hang up on you, over, and over, and over again.
Finally i got through to a "manager" who insisted he would take care of it, and cancel my flight. They will not give me anything in writing however to verify the cancellation. (They just dont do that!) Rediculous!
Well they verbal guarantee wasnt worth a lick because they charged my card anyway, and i spent my entire week's vacation with $500 dollars less than i originally had until i was finally credited back the money two and a half weeks later.
Stay away from cheap tickets and ultimate fares people! Sidestep.com will find every flight and every price they do, but will find it on a reputable online agency. 129be9c
