I booked a flight to Germany about 3 weeks ago with ultimate fares because they seemed to have the best deals. After I had noticed that the money was not booked off my account after all that time and I got close to my departure, I tried to call them to find out what was going on. I spend endless time waiting on the phone, never actually got further than the phone machine telling me to be patient I would be serviced next. I then called the airlines to find out that there was no reservation made under my name at all. I immediately called my bank and made sure that ultimate fares would not get to book anything off my account. I then bought another flight with another website and everything was fine. Ultimate fares is scamming people. Don't buy from these guys! 129be16  Comments (26) |

I booked a flight to Washington DC, I never checked to see if they withdrew from my account. My wife and 3 year old son went to LAX expecting to fly out. When we checked in they could not find our names. My wife was so angry with me, I couldn't even begin to explain to her. She had not seen her friend for over 10 years. Ultimate Fares let me down. |

Written by mimitta2 on December 17, 2009 from san antonio, texas, US i agree with you guys that they are scam. i wanted to purchase a ticket for my mom. they asked me to fax my credit card number!! who ask client to fax their credit card! they said that its because i was buying a tikect for someone else. + they also wanted me to send along a copy of my driver licence. it really was a hassle and after a few hours of arguing with an agent, i demanded to speak to a supervisor who apologized. But at the end, i hung up not wanting to do business with them anymore. |

People should really think before they write bad reviews for the world to see. You can potentially tarnish a good service because of your own mistakes. |

They have always had the best fares and never scammed anyone that I am aware of. Obviously the people that said they did sound at fault to me by not knowing how they were booking, and to not verify your booking seems the fault of the booking party not Ultimate fare. |

One the money was deducted from my account immediately but under a funny name which had no connection to their name or even an airline company. Two they ended up charging for extra crap without my permission. Three I gave them 3 emails to send the confirmation to and they never did. I attempted to call them to figure out when my photographers flight was and etc and I was unable to get a hold of anyone! We had to call all the airline companies in the airport to figure out the arrival and departure! |

Please do not book your tickets using this agency. I think they are now operating with a different name, because now everybody knew about them. I request everyone to be careful with these kind of airline travels |

Go to the more popular sites, honestly they are the cheapest. One hint, keep looking everyday for your flight price. The prices always drops a few dollars.
