This website really is a scam. i tried to book a flight for the same day due to a
family emergency. i kept on getting
error messages after i gave my payment info and they prompted me to call their
customer service. it ended up making the reservation in the wrong date. so i had to incur a cancelation charge and make new reservations. i ended up making numerous calls to find out the status. never received my ticket thru
email(waited 5 hrs). they told me it was in the ticketing queque and should arrive in a couple of mins". i call an hour later only to find out that it had been cancelled/. so i had to make a 3rd reservation at a higher price!. the
whole time i was led in
circles, the agents were rude and not understanding". they put me on hold for long
stretches of time until they just hung up". if you keep calling them they flag you and are reluctant to help?. none of their names and
extentions are real". in the end i got charged 3 times for one ticket!!! never using them again|. WARNING: don't be mislead by their
low fares, they'll raise them last min which you'll be responsible for. 129b87a
